We currently accept most major credit cards and Paypal.
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 48 hours of receipt, although occasionally during holidays and periods of high ordering traffic, a delay may occur.
When your order is received, we'll send you an email confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipment confirmation. If applicable, it will include a list of items purchased, payment information, shipping method, shipping information, and tracking information.
All packages are sent via the United States Postal Service. Your shipping confirmation email will include your "Tracking Number" and a link to the USPS tracking site. You can also find order tracking and history information by going to your account and reviewing your "Order History".

Our error? If a mistake was made on our part, or an item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue and/or file a damage claim. We will gladly accept returns on unused merchandise other than oils purchased on our website in the original packaging within 10 days of the date of purchase. To ensure the purity of our products, we do not accept returns on oils for any reason.
